Last week, your hotel hosted a training seminar for us. In the run up to the delivery, we were in close contact with Kathryn Knapp. When I received reports from my staff to the effect that everything would be taken care of it gave me pause. I have heard that so many times, and most of those times were predictive of disaster. Not this time. Kathryn and her staff (Jackie Quintana and Andrew Lloyd) exceeded our experience and expectations. They were attentive, they were responsive, they were flexible and they were exceptionally pleasant. Our high level students were equally impressed. Our IT needs were met successfully as evidenced by the absence of even a single glitch.
