Frequently Asked Questions - WELL Spa

Advance Appointments

Suggested. The staff can assist you with treatment selections based on your needs.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Spa Arrival

Allow at least 30-minutes to prepare for all appointments.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule your service. If this is unavailable, the length of your treatment will be affected.

Age Requirements

All spa and fitness guests must be 18 years or older.

Health Conditions

Please notify your therapist of any health concerns or current medications before treatments begin.

Spa Attire

The WELL Spa + Salon® will provide you with a locker, robe and slippers during your stay with us. What you wear during your treatment is completely up to you.

Therapist Requests

Please inform the spa receptionist of special requests at the time of booking. All efforts will be made to accommodate requests but are not guaranteed.

Post Treatment Instructions

Remember to drink plenty of water after all spa services and follow the after-treatment instructions provided by the therapist.

Loss or Damage

The WELL Spa + Salon® is not responsible for lost or damage to personal items. Please secure all valuables in a safety deposit box provided at the hotel front desk prior to your spa visit.


For our guest’s convenience, the WELL Spa + Salon® adds a 20% service charge to your treatment.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Please inquire with the spa receptionist for details.


Extend your WELL Spa + Salon® experience. Many products used in treatments are available for purchase. We will also be happy to refill any retail order by phone after your departure.
